Welcome to the website of Cindy Pearce, the Mind Guide:

​Are you where you want to be in life? If yes, then I'm genuinely delighted for you but, if there is room for development, then maybe I can help. I am an experienced Registered Psychotherapist and Energetic Healer practising in Islington, North London, and my role is to help you through your mental or emotional difficulties to get where you want to be in life.

Are you challenged by:
ANXIETY, FEAR, DEPRESSION, PHOBIAS OR OTHER LIMITING STATES? - You do not need to stay stuck, constantly repeating the same behaviour or reacting in the same way to the same issues.
As we heal our past, our present is transformed which then creates a totally different future.  My approach can resolve negative habits and limiting behaviours that do not serve you well - gently and swiftly releasing traumatic events that have become locked in the mind-body system.

RELATIONSHIP DIFFICULTIES?- Relationships are unavoidable; whether we like it or not, we are constantly interacting with others - at home, at work, at play, in the shops, on the bus . .  But the most important relationship of all is the one we have with ourselves - the key to all of our other relationships. A poor relationship with ourselves can leave us feeling isolated, insecure, or unloved, leading to low self esteem and the need to develop destructive compensatory behaviours, or allowing others to have power over us.  My role is to enable you to reclaim your power and develop self-belief and self-worth, so that you truly recognise who you are.

INTENSE STRESS? - A period of intense stress can be majorly debilitating and can knock our confidence or make us ill (or more ill), Stress can be anything including an abusive situation, lack of money, lack of work/too much work, acrimony at home, work or school, bereavement, longterm illness, etc. When you feel overwhelmed and can't see a light at the end of the tunnel or a problem seems to be without a solution, I can help you to recognise that you do have choices. While you can't always change the situation, there is always the possibility to perceive things differently so that you can become aware of opportunities or alternatives. 

LACK OF FULFILMENT AND PURPOSE? - Maybe you are aware that you are not fulfilling your potential and are seeking guidance on your life’s purpose or soul journey. I can enable you to recognise your special innate qualities and gifts which we ALL have. We can often lose our sense of self or get bogged down in the mundane, the routine, or the downright stressful. I find it incredibly rewarding to guide people to discover their higher purpose. (And yes, you DO have one!)
